Choose the right level of execution governance.
Sandbox, Growth and Business are the three paid tiers you can buy today, each at the price and limits published below. Design Partner is a selective paid pilot (application required). Enterprise is contract-only. Every tier is hard-stopped at its published or contract-defined limits — Decisionproof does not run automatic postpaid overage in any tier.

The amount shown is for a buyer resident outside the Republic of Korea. The amount payable is determined by your tax residency and is confirmed on the purchase screen.
A domestic Korean payment method is in preparation. The PayPal payment available today is possible only for buyers located outside the Republic of Korea — that is where you physically are, which is decided separately from the tax residency above. The two can differ.

- No automatic postpaid overage
We do not list a public fee. Final pricing is contracted separately. Sandbox is not the Design Partner offer.
Contract-only tier — not self-serve
Enterprise
Contract-onlyRegulated, high-volume, custom-security customers.
Enterprise is contract-only. Contact Sales for legal and security review. Limits are contract-defined; we do not list a public fee and we do not offer any unlimited tier. Capacity increases require signed amendment, committed spend update, or prepaid reserve increase.
- · Per-run spend cap, RPM, ops cap, timeout, token limits, API keys: contract-defined
- · Retention, Cold Archive, Deep Archive: contract-defined and subject to legal/security review
- · Support, SLA, named TAM, SSO, audit features: contract-reviewed and subject to runtime readiness; not implied by default
- · Hard-stop / fail-closed by default; no automatic postpaid overage
Universal hard-stop rule (every tier)
Decisionproof's pricing identity is deterministic execution governance. Across every tier — Sandbox, Design Partner, Growth, Business, Enterprise — we apply the same commercial doctrine:
- • No automatic postpaid overage. When the prepaid, invoiced, contract-defined, or reserved allowance is exhausted, the system hard-stops. We never silently continue and bill later.
- • Capacity exhausted = HTTP 429 for rate / quota breach (with IETF
RateLimit-Policy/RateLimit/Retry-Afterheaders); HTTP 402 only for documented entitlement-inactive / unfunded gates. - • Increasing capacity requires an explicit action — plan upgrade, prepaid top-up, reserve increase, signed order-form amendment, manual invoice settlement, or contract-defined Enterprise limit change. Never an automatic invoice.
- • No tier is unlimited. If a runtime configuration field reads
0for an Enterprise contract row, it means contract-defined / unset, not unlimited public usage.
This rule is reflected in the Terms of Use and the current public pricing and support terms.
Sandbox — payment & policy details
- Accepted: Sandbox payments are processed through PayPal during the paid private beta (card payment may be available via PayPal guest checkout, depending on the flow PayPal presents to you). Design Partner and Enterprise are not billed through this Sandbox path. Growth and Business are bought on their own purchase screens, each at its own price and limits.
- Metering: Sandbox is time-boxed and limit-enforced (see the limit list on the Sandbox card). Requests that would exceed any active Sandbox limit are pre-rejected before any cost, and the refusal names which limit bound: HTTP 429
rate-limit-exceededfor the workspace rate limit andquota-exceededfor the metered-operation cap, HTTP 402 for an inactive entitlement or exhausted budget, and HTTP 422 for a per-run spend cap, execution timeout, or token breach; no overage billing. - Per-run spend cap: US$5.00 (
reservation.max_cost_usd) — the maximum USD reserved for a single run. It is not your monthly, account-level, or workspace-level budget. - API keys: Up to 3 per workspace during Sandbox beta (
dp_live_{secret}format). - Retention: Hot online access for 30 days by default. Cold Archive and Deep Archive are available only where included in the customer's plan or contract. Sandbox data does not automatically move to Cold Archive; after the Hot window, Sandbox records may be queued for deletion/purge under the applicable data handling policy, unless a separate plan, contract, legal hold, or security/audit obligation requires otherwise.
- Auto-renewal: a one-time purchase does not renew; a subscription renews each cycle until you cancel it from your billing page (Article 16(6)).
- Refunds (Sandbox): As a matter of commercial policy, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 48 hours of purchase. Any non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. Korea 전자상거래법 7-day withdrawal) are preserved. See the Terms of Use. Design Partner refund and dispute handling is governed by the signed pilot agreement, not this Sandbox policy.
- Invoice: Sandbox invoices are available via your PayPal receipt. Design Partner invoicing is handled by manual invoice and bank remittance under the signed pilot agreement.
- Terms: Use of Decisionproof is governed by the Terms of Use.
FAQ
Can I exceed my plan automatically?
No. Decisionproof does not support automatic postpaid overage in any tier. When your prepaid, invoiced, contract-defined, or reserved allowance is exhausted, the system hard-stops with HTTP 429 (rate/quota) or HTTP 402 (entitlement-inactive). Increasing capacity requires an explicit action — plan upgrade, prepaid top-up, reserve increase, signed order-form amendment, or manual invoice settlement.
Is Enterprise unlimited?
No. Enterprise is contract-defined. Limits, retention, support, and feature scope are negotiated in the signed Order Form and Master Service Agreement. Decisionproof does not offer any unlimited public tier; if our internal runtime entitlement configuration shows a 0 for an Enterprise row, it means contract-defined / unset, not unlimited usage.
Can I buy Design Partner access instantly?
No. Design Partner is a limited paid pilot, capped at 3 total Design Partners before v1.0 with maximum 2 concurrent live onboardings. Engagement is by application and review. Pricing, onboarding fee, monthly platform fee, runtime limits, retention, and the Sev1-Sev4 internal priority classification are defined in the signed pilot agreement and Order Form, not on this page. That classification ranks issue handling order internally; it is not a time-bound SLA and creates no response-time commitment.
What happens after Sandbox limits are reached?
Sandbox is hard-stopped at six concrete numerics (60 req/min workspace rate limit, up to 2,000 metered operations per 30-day cycle, US$5.00 per-run spend cap via reservation.max_cost_usd, 30 s per-run execution timeout, 16,000 / 4,000 per-run input / output token limits, up to 3 API keys). Rate/quota exhaustion returns HTTP 429 with Retry-After; per-run cap breaches (spend cap, timeout, input tokens) are rejected with HTTP 422 before any cost — there is no overage billing either way. The US$29 / 30-day fee does not vary with usage: no metered, per-request, or per-run charge is ever added to it.
Does the service tell me when it stops?
Yes. Every capacity stop — the metered-operation ceiling, the prepaid execution budget, or an inactive entitlement — is recorded with its type, the time it first occurred, the time it last occurred and the number of requests refused, and it is retrievable from the usage API. There is no state in which the service stops producing evidence without recording that it stopped. Two boundaries matter: Decisionproof cannot record what your own systems do outside it after a refusal, so a fail-closed integration is recommended; and if you need capacity back before the cycle ends, renewing early or moving to a higher tier starts a new cycle, resets the metered-operation counter and preserves the days you have already paid for.
How does Growth differ from Sandbox?
Growth is the same governed execution surface at higher published ceilings: 180 requests per minute instead of 60, up to 10,000 metered operations per 30-day cycle instead of 2,000, a US$15.00 per-run spend cap instead of US$5.00, 32,000 / 8,000 per-run input / output tokens instead of 16,000 / 4,000, and up to 10 API keys instead of 3. The per-run execution timeout is 30 seconds in both. Access is a fixed 30 days per payment — a one-time purchase does not renew, a subscription renews until you cancel — and as with every tier Growth introduces no automatic postpaid overage — a breach is HTTP 429, never a charge.
How do refunds work (Sandbox)?
As a matter of commercial policy, Sandbox refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 48 hours of purchase. Any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have in your jurisdiction (for example, Korean e-commerce cooling-off rights for individual consumers) continue to apply and are not limited by this policy — see the Terms of Use. Design Partner refund handling is governed by the signed pilot agreement, not this Sandbox policy.
